The Frivolous bits Part2

So, where was I? Nigel," where's your belt?" Rees who has improvised witha guy rope that he just happened to find in his suitcase...he's gonna kill me...or Sue for announcing it.....Nigel has avoided all "chilli look alikes" on his plate after the unfortunate episode 2 years back when he was rendered voiceless for most of the evening....Roger however, who can't stop fidgeting and touching and generally fiddling with stuff, has found it highly amusing to add the chilli condiments to unsuspecting people who happen to be sitting next to him...in this case Stuart and soup were the object of his amusement.....Stuart says his entire head watered, never mind his eyes...be warned Roger...there will be revenge.

Roger...hmmm who scared us all by announcing "this is where I keep my money hidden" and proceeded to undo his trouser zip, to reveal a money pouch (!) flesh covered...there was a lot of shrieking from the girls and Lorraine disowned him...yet again....He is still yelping at stray dogs in the street..you can imagine how Lorraine loves that....We are threatening to get his head henna'd...

The YMCA make their coffee with milk and sugar and that is how it is poured from the Urn...oh dear...Pauline has issues now as only black will do. Every morning at breakfast she has to place her special order, strange English woman. We have discovered a Baristas not far from here, so methinks I wil find her there most evenings. She was VERY red in the face after the curry at the YMCA tonight, much noseblowing and eye wiping...

Mark saved the day this morning by providing a strap from his camera (I believe) which enabled Ian amd Frances to make a point and then use it as an improvised compass to draw a large globe on one of the walls. Photos will appear at some point, but it looks very impressive. He also read a story to the children...Elmer the Elephant, of course! Mark has been brilliant with the kids, amusing them with Harry the monkey puppet as well as flag painting. Monkeys, chipmunk and trainspotting on the way to the Taj was made easier as we were in a high coach!

Louis is a natural one to one with the guys, either in Tigri or out and about. His artistic talents have got us started and he has coped with "Louis, could you do the expression on this, Louis can you do a giraffe height chart...etc!" However, he is itching to play cricket...maybe tomorrow. Today he didn't realise he needed to bring lunch, so he was taken to buy bread and eggs and Soni, who is the Asha staff leader in charge of our team, made him scrambled egg and toast. It cost him 30 rupees, about 40p...now everyone is threatening to forget their lunches tomorrow....

  1. How does Dad manage to embarrass his children even when he's 5000 miles away?! Just think Julie, this is only two weeks that you're spending with him...!!

Love you really Dad, at least things are never boring when you're around, hehe!!

Sounds pretty good, if Roger, you had attempted that party trick regarding your money and the flesh coloured pouch in my presence I'm afraid you would have suffered!

So mother. Tali came to stay with me for valentines day, we went on walks in her new collar and bandana!! She looked quite the diva.

Nothing much to report here.. trying (and mostly failing) to get motivated to do some work.. Sarahs mum is in hospital again :(. Tomorrow we have a clicker training practical all day! Brilliant, its not exactly work is it :)
